Get in the driver's seat,

Let's ride!

The purpose of this rule book is to break down the workflow and rules a StreetCrowd User must follow in order to get paid for each valid move and maintain their active status for charging and relocating ELOOP vehicles.

So let's get into it...

Main Goals:

  1. Move ELOOP vehicles from their current location to be charged at Wien Energie charging stations. The vehicles eligible to be charged are shown on the map in the StreetCrowd app.

  2. Move ELOOP vehicles from charging stations of Wien Energie to the “Hot Zone”.
The vehicles eligible to be relocated are shown on the map in the StreetCrowd app.

  3. Move ELOOP vehicles from "Cold Zones" into the "Hot Zone". The vehicles eligible to be rebalanced are shown on the map in the StreetCrowd app.

The cars eligible to be moved and charged are shown on the map in the StreetCrowd app.

Important Rules to Follow

Strike System

Please note a number of guidelines in order to make a “valid” move. A move can be declined in case it does not meet the requirements of a valid move

Make sure you are not in danger of committing misuses. If it comes to a violation, certain violations are given a strike system and others result in the user’s StreetCrowd and ELOOP account placed on a temporary hold or deactivation.

The “3 strike system” is very simple, if three strike violations are committed the user will unfortunately be deactivated. *

Strike violations are:

  • Off street parking

  • Parking in a “resident’s only” area and the vehicles being towed

  • A cord of vehicle’s cable plugged into socket incorrectly

  • Leaving vehicle at the charging station without plugging

  • Charging without charging limit set to 100% (Trip)

  • Considerable long move in time and distance

  • Leaving the vehicle in a reservation mode

  • Ending a trip outside a hot zone or not at a charging station

  • Bringing animals in the vehicles

  • Any other reason reported by ELOOP or/and stated in ELOOP General Terms and Conditions.

The following result in an account hold:

  • Not paying fees - associated with their personal ELOOP account.

  • Suspicious activity

  • Any other reason reported by ELOOP or/and stated in ELOOP General Terms and Conditions.

The following result in an account deactivation:

  • Non-paid invoices

  • Leaving waste and dirt behind,

  • Reckless driving

  • 3 strikes of any violation

  • Speeding/parking ticket

  • vehicle impounded

  • Failing to submit the damage report

  • Causing damage to the vehicle

  • Sharing of ELOOP account with others

  • Reserving a car via ELOOP to make a StreetCrowd move

Any other reason reported by ELOOP or/and stated in ELOOP General Terms and Conditions.
