Payment
To drive and charge ELOOP vehicles for StreetCrowd, a StreetCrowd member must meet the following criteria:

Have an activated ELOOP account

Don’t have one? Sign up for FREE

Must be 25 years or older
-
Have a valid driver's license (class B) for Europe
-
Have had a valid driver's license for at least one year
Once the member's ELOOP account is activated and their StreetCrowd registration is complete, they will receive an activation email. If your MILES registration email is different from the email you provided during the StreetCrowd registration, contact StreetCrowd with the email from your StreetCrowd and MILES account.

Click an ELOOP vehicle to view:

Three ‘Hot Zone’ (destinations) where the vehicle could be moved

Choose one of the three Hot Zones

Do not reserve the car with a personal ELOOP account

Do not move an ELOOP vehicle if a member was the last person to drive it with their personal ELOOP account

To Drive to the Hot Zone
-
Once next to the vehicle, unlock it with the StreetCrowd app
-
Start the move in the StreetCrowd app, this will freeze the Hot Zone destination that was chosen
-
Drive the car directly to the Hot Zone with your favorite map application
-
Do not make any unnecessary stops along the way
-
Ending the Move
- Once in the Hot Zone, find a valid parking spot that complies with the ELOOP and city parking regulations
- Safely park the vehicle and end the move
- Collect all personal belongings and remove any trash
- Lock the car in the StreetCrowd app
- An email confirmation will be sent notifying the member that a move was completed and will be verified for approval
To ensure an activated account with StreetCrowd and ELOOP, there are a few important rules to follow:

Do not drive a car from a Hot Zone within 24 hours of a StreetCrowd move with a personal ELOOP account. Do not drive to a vehicle with a personal ELOOP account, that is available in the StreetCrowd app within 24 hours of a StreetCrowd move.

Members must ensure they are parked in a valid parking spot that complies with ELOOP and the city’s parking regulations. Review the ELOOP parking guidelines to learn more about where ELOOP vehicles are allowed to park in your city.

Follow the city of Vienna parking rules (specific district parking zones).

Drive directly to the Hot Zone. StreetCrowd can’t validate moves with a higher estimated distance and/or duration. A member’s StreetCrowd account will be immediately deactivated if these estimations exceed.

Had an accident? Please make sure that no one has been injured and secure the accident site properly! In any case, call the police. This also applies to minor damage. In any case, it is your duty to note down the name of the other vehicle owner(s) involved, the license plate number and the police file number and immediately send a written accident report to the support team. Please report any damage to schaden@eloop.app. Please contact the ELOOP emergency number, which will connect you to roadside assistance in case of emergency.

Do not take or park the car out of the ELOOP home zone

Charge a vehicle directly in the StreetCrowd app. Do not use the Wien Energie charging card to charge.

During the registration for StreetCrowd and ELOOP, users consent that they shall be liable for damages to ELOOP vehicles. To see more check the ELOOP General Terms and Conditions

After unlocking the vehicle but before starting the engine, the member must check the vehicle for any visible defect, damage, or gross soiling, and report these before starting the motor to StreetCrowd in the form of a written description and photo, detailing the nature and seriousness of the defect. To know more, check the § 4.7, § 4.8 of ELOOP General Terms and Conditions. Submit the damage report to StreetCrowd in case:
Please note a number of guidelines to achieve a valid move. A move will be declined in the case of any violations against ELOOP and StreetCrowd (NECTURE gmbH). If any violations are committed, the consequences of the violation will range from a strike, a member’s account placed under temporary hold, or immediate deactivation of a member’s StreetCrowd and ELOOP account. The “Three Strike System” is simple, if three strikes are committed the member will unfortunately be deactivated.

The amount you will earn is shown for each destination in the app. Payment will be transferred to a member’s PayPal account a minimum of one day after the validation of moves. Payments are sent Monday through Friday, excluding Austrian public holidays. Payment will be the accumulated sum of valid and approved moves.

To Charge the Vehicle
- Once by the charger, safely park the car in one of the two parking spaces in the direction of traffic
- Unlock the vehicle charging hub on the screen
- Open the trunk and find the charging cable stored in the apartment under the trunk.
- Make sure the charger and charging plug numbers to are the same as shown in the app, plug the charging cable into the vehicle and the other end into the assigned plug and it will start blinking green.
- If the plug is occupied by another vehicle, change the selected plug in the StreetCrowd app
- Wait until the light around the plug will turn blue
- Confirm that the charging limit is set to ‘Trip at 100%’ in the dashboard of the vehicle
- Collect all personal belonging and remove and trash
- Lock the car in the StreetCrowd app
- An email confirmation will be sent notifying the member that a move was completed and will be verified for approval
- *If you cannot charge the vehicle because another vehicle is parked at the selected charging station, please follow the instructions of the app, take a picture, and drive to the next indicated charging station

- Once in the Hot Zone, find a valid parking spot that complies with the ELOOP and city parking regulations
- Safely park the vehicle and end the move
- Collect all personal belongings and remove any trash
- Lock the car in the StreetCrowd app
- An email confirmation will be sent notifying the member that a move was completed and will be verified for approval
