To ensure an activated account with StreetCrowd and MOL Limo, there are a few important rules to follow:
-
Do not drive a car from a Hot Zone within 3 hours of a StreetCrowd move with a personal MOL Limo account.
-
Members must ensure they are parked in a valid parking spot that complies with MOL Limo and the city’s parking regulations. Review the MOL Limo parking guidelines to learn more about where MOL Limo vehicles are allowed to park in your city.
-
Drive directly to the Hot Zone. StreetCrowd can’t validate moves with a higher estimated distance and/or duration. A member’s StreetCrowd account will be immediately deactivated if these estimations exceed.
-
StreetCrowd members must take 4-4 photos before entering the vehicle and after relocation, screenshot the chosen Hot Zone and send them to limo_streetcrowd@mol.hu according to this example, including the vehicle's license plate number in the email. In the event of an accident, you must immediately inform MOL Limo customer service at +36 1 776 7176. In the case of misuse, members are obliged to reimburse the service provider for the value of the trip.
100% damage coverage by the member as follows:
-
Two or more MOL Limo vehicles are involved in an accident caused by StreetCrowd members. The resulting damage is not covered by the insurance policy. As a consequence, it is strictly forbidden for two StreetCrowd members, each driving a MOL Limo vehicle, to drive behind one another.
-
During StreetCrowd registration, members consent that they shall be liable for damages to MOL Limo vehicles and abide by the "Terms and Conditions of Use of the MOL Limo Service."
Please note a number of guidelines to achieve a valid move. A move will be declined in the case of any violations against MOL Limo and StreetCrowd (NECTURE GmbH). If any violations are committed, the consequences of the violation will range from a strike, a member’s account placed under temporary hold, or immediate deactivation of a member’s StreetCrowd and MOL Limo account. The “Three Strike System” is simple, if three strikes are committed the member will unfortunately be deactivated.
Any violation of the rules that deviates from the general terms of service may be classified as a private rental. This includes, among others, cases such as unjustified deviation from the assigned route, personal detours, speeding, parking outside the designated hot zone, or any other behavior that goes against the general rules and guidelines outlined in the StreetCrowd or MOL Limo policies.
In such cases, the service provider reserves the right to assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may impose appropriate penalties. Furthermore, the provider may classify the occurrence as an private rental and charge it accordingly.
