How do I unlock the car?
It depends on the operator. Some cars unlock in the StreetCrowd app, some in the operator's own app and some with a key card, listed below.
Operator notes
- MILES: next to the car, unlock it in the StreetCrowd app. You also lock it there at the end of the move. Read more
- Evo: unlock the car and start the move in the StreetCrowd app. You must be within 500 metres of the car. Read more
- GreenGo: next to the car, unlock it in the GreenGo app, then start the move in the StreetCrowd app. Lock it in the GreenGo app too. Read more
- MOL Limo: take four photos of the car before you get in, then unlock it in the StreetCrowd app next to the car. Read more
- wigo: take photos of the car's condition and email them first, then unlock it in the StreetCrowd app next to the car. Read more
- Bolt: in the Bolt Transporter app, tap "Book for service", then slide "Start servicing". At the end, slide "Finish servicing" to lock the car. Read more
- Free2Move: at the car, assign the task to yourself and start the rental in the ISAbell app. If you see "No Cloudboxx Found", you are usually not close enough to the car, so move closer and try again. Read more
- ÖBB Rail&Drive: hold your Rail&Drive key card against the reader behind the windscreen. The ÖBB Rail&Drive app can't unlock the vehicle. Read more
