Before you unlock the car, take photos of its condition and email them to streetcrowd@wigomobility.com. Tell wigo carsharing about any damage before you get in or drive the car.

- Next to the car, before you unlock it, take photos of its condition.
- Email them to streetcrowd@wigomobility.com.
- If you see damage, tell wigo carsharing before you get in or drive the car.
- Then unlock the car and start the move.
Notes
- You are liable for damage to wigo carsharing cars. The full terms are in the Terms and Conditions of Use of the wigo carsharing service.
- If two or more wigo carsharing cars are in an accident caused by StreetCrowders, the insurance doesn't cover the damage and you cover 100% of it. Never drive one behind the other with another StreetCrowder.
- A damaged car leads to deactivation.
