Rules

Free2Move rules.

What you need to take Free2Move tasks, the rules for every relocation, what gets a relocation declined and how payment works.

Put together on 22.10.2026 from the Free2Move help answers (the Free2Move FAQ and the ops WhatsApp chat). Age, driving licence and a strike system are not written down for Free2Move yet. Not yet reviewed by Ops.

Who can take Free2Move tasks

  • An Android phone. The ISAbell app has no iPhone version.
  • A Free2Move account. If you have none, register for free.

Send your Free2Move registration details, your first name, last name and email, to vienna_streetcrowd@necture.com. StreetCrowd sends you an account invitation. Accept it, and you get access to the ISAbell app, how-to guides and screen recordings.

Where and when

  • Munich: airport and city relocations, 24/7.
  • Vienna: city relocations, Friday 12:00 until Monday 24:00. Airport relocations are on hold.
  • Stuttgart: city relocations only, 24/7.

Rules for every relocation

  • Only take green cars, and take the high-priority ones first: a red up-arrow on a green pin. If none are left, you may take medium-priority green cars. Never take red or blue cars.
  • Assign and start the task while you are on your way to the car. Don't reserve too far in advance; about 20 minutes before you arrive is plenty.
  • Take photos before you drive and again once you are in the zone. Your GPS is embedded in each photo and is your proof if the system glitches or a damage dispute comes up later.
  • Take the most direct route to the zone. Unnecessary detours or stops can lead to non-payment. Normal delays, such as traffic, are fine.
  • Park in a legal spot anywhere inside the highlighted hexagons. Even a few metres outside the zone, Free2Move declines the relocation.
  • Spread the cars out rather than putting them all in one street.
  • Only complete the task after you have relocated the car, then end the rental.
  • Leave baby seats in the trunk.
  • Never use "EVAC MODE", under any circumstances.

Fuel

  • Focus on cars with a fuel level around 65–70% or higher.
  • If you take a car below about 60%, you are expected to refuel it. Start the "Fueling/Charging included" task before you fuel and complete it after.
  • Refuel with Digital Fueling in the ISAbell app, with the correct fuel type. Take a photo of the fuel level before you refuel.
  • Refuelling a car below about 60% is paid on top of the task.

Insurance and accidents

  • During a relocation you drive under the Free2Move car-sharing terms and conditions, the same as a normal Free2Move rental. Details on deductibles and cover are on the Free2Move website and in the Free2Move app.
  • If anything happens, follow the Free2Move process and also let the team know via DM.

What gets a relocation declined

  • Parking outside the zone, even by a few metres. A declined relocation can't be paid.
  • Clustering cars in one spot. Too many cars in one spot can also cause problems with your Free2Move account.
  • Unnecessary detours or stops can lead to non-payment.
  • Using "EVAC MODE" gets you automatically reported and blocked by Free2Move.

Payment

  • Each completed and approved task is paid. The ISAbell app shows each task's pay before you accept it.
  • Payouts go to the PayPal in your StreetCrowd profile, so you don't connect PayPal separately. Approved tasks are paid like normal StreetCrowd tasks, usually the next day, shifting to the next working day around public holidays.
  • A payout looks wrong or is missing? Message the team via DM. Payouts are recalculated and any missing amount is topped up.

Help

Message the team in the Free2Move WhatsApp group or by DM. Support for this service runs there, not in the normal StreetCrowd app. If something needs Free2Move to step in and you can't solve it together, contact the Free2Move support hotline, in the Free2Move app and on the Free2Move website.
