How do I handle fuel and charging on ÖBB Rail&Drive vehicles?
Refuel with the fuel card from the document folder. Charge EVs with the charging card for their location, and plug the EV back in before you complete the task.

Fuel
- If the tank is almost empty, refuel using the fuel card from the document folder.
- Below 25%, refuelling is paid as an add-on. Tick the box in the portal, and it automatically shows you the matching payment PIN.
- Check the add-on in the payout summary before you complete the task.
Charging
- For a vehicle check, the charge level should be at least ¼. The same rule applies to the fuel level of combustion vehicles.
- Vehicles at Europaplatz charge with the Smatics card at the ÖBB INFRA station.
- Vehicles in the WiPark garage charge with the Wien Energie card on the 2nd floor.
