What equipment do I need for ÖBB Rail&Drive tasks?
For every task, a smartphone with the ÖBB Rail&Drive app, an active account with a validated driving licence, your Rail&Drive key card and access to the NECTURE portal. A vehicle check also needs cleaning equipment, which you can bring or take from the on-site grid.

Every task
- Smartphone with the ÖBB Rail&Drive app.
- Active ÖBB Rail&Drive account.
- Validated driving licence.
- Rail&Drive key card.
- Access to the NECTURE portal.
That is all you need for exterior wash, Plug-In, Inspection, Mechanic Valet and special cleaning.
A vehicle check also needs
- Light cleaning materials.
- Hand vacuum.
- Tread depth gauge.
The on-site equipment
- You can bring your own equipment or use the on-site equipment in the lockable grid. You get the code for it when you accept the task.
- The grid is currently at parking spot 3-120 on the 3rd floor of the WiPark garage Westbahnhof. It is also used for the vehicles at Europaplatz.

After the task
- Return the equipment.
- Lock the grid.
- Put the key back into the key box.
