The fuel payment failed, or I'm stuck at the pump. What do I do?
The app sometimes shows "payment failed" even when the payment went through. Ask the station first, then work through the steps below in order.

Steps
- Ask the station whether they received the payment. If yes, take the receipt and upload a photo of it to the task.
- Check the car for a fuel card and use it, with the correct fuel type.
- No card and still stuck? Message the team. They can get Free2Move to help.
- Last resort: pay yourself and send the team the receipt. Free2Move reimburses you.
