1 kind of task, from 1 operator. You choose which ones you take.

What you can do in Prague.

In Prague, StreetCrowd runs one kind of task: city rebalancing.

What you need.

  • You are 18 or older and have held a valid EU class B licence for at least one year.
  • An iPhone or an Android phone.
  • An account in the Bolt app for rides, "Bolt: Request a Ride" (iOS, Android), with your driving licence verified there. If you have none yet, you create it in step 2. More on Bolt Drive: Germany, Poland.

Which app you need.

Tasks in Prague come from Bolt. You take them in the Bolt Transporter app, not in the StreetCrowd app. Sign-up follows Bolt's own steps, listed below.

Start in Prague.

  1. Fill in the sign-up form: city, name, email, mobile number and phone type. Afterwards you see your next steps and your personal link. We also email you the same steps with your personal link, so you have them at hand later. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
  2. Get "Bolt: Request a Ride" (iOS, Android), not the Bolt Driver app, and create an account with the same email as in the form. If you already have one, skip this.
  3. Verify your driving licence in "Bolt: Request a Ride": tap "Drive", then the card "Add some info to rent cars – Finish verifying", and submit your licence. Wait for Bolt's confirmation. Step by step, with video
  4. Once Bolt has confirmed your licence, open your personal link (the "Complete your sign-up" button in our email) and complete your sign-up: the email of your Bolt account, on Android your Google Play Store email, and your acceptance of the Bolt rules.
  5. Bolt creates a Bolt Transporter account for you, and StreetCrowd emails you your login details.
  6. Download the Bolt Transporter app and log in with those details.
  7. Take your first move.

Common questions in Prague.

Do I pay for the car during a task?

No. During a task the car is unlocked for the task, and the operator does not charge you rental. You pay only for what the rule book names, such as fines you cause.

Who pays a parking ticket?

A ticket issued while the car was in your task is passed on to you. A ticket from before you unlocked the car or after you ended the task is not yours. Park only where the operator's rules allow.

When do I get paid?

Each task shows its pay before you accept it. Once a task is approved, its pay goes to your PayPal account on the next weekday payout, at least one day after approval.
