Rules

Bolt rules.

What you need to take Bolt tasks, the rules for every move, the strike system and how payment works. A move that breaks these rules is declined.

Who can take Bolt tasks

  • A StreetCrowd account.
  • An activated Bolt Drive account. Sign up in the Bolt app (iOS, Android) and verify your driving licence there. More on Bolt Drive.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • A valid EU class B licence, held for at least one year.
  • A credit or debit card.

Fill in the sign-up form. Bolt creates a Bolt Transporter account for you, and StreetCrowd emails you your login details for the Bolt Transporter app. For questions about signing up, open a ticket.

Rules for every move

  • Don't use your personal Bolt account to drive cars to the airport.
  • Don't reserve Bolt cars before you relocate them.
  • Don't hold a car in reservation for longer than 15 minutes before you start.
  • Don't leave the vehicle in reservation mode.
  • No animals in the car.
  • Don't refuel at the wrong station or with the wrong fuel.
  • Park in a valid, legal spot that follows Bolt's rules and local parking rules. For city moves, park within 500 m of the destination shown.
  • Ending a move more than 500 m from the destination is a strike, and the move isn't paid. Off-street or illegal parking is also a strike, and the move isn't paid.
  • Drive directly to the destination shown in the app. Moves that take much longer than the estimated distance or duration can't be validated. Going over the estimated distance or duration can lead to immediate deactivation of your account.
