Who can take MOL Limo tasks
- An activated MOL Limo account. If you have none, sign up for free.
- At least 20 years old.
- The latest GTC accepted in the MOL Limo app, at all times.
- A valid European driving licence, class B, held for at least one year.
Once your MOL Limo account is activated and your StreetCrowd registration is complete, you receive an activation email.
Rules for every move
- Don't reserve the car with your personal MOL Limo account.
- Don't move a MOL Limo car if you were the last person to drive it with your personal MOL Limo account.
- Don't drive a car from a Hot Zone with your personal MOL Limo account within 3 hours of a StreetCrowd move.
- Park in a valid spot that follows MOL Limo rules and the city's parking rules. See the MOL Limo parking guidelines and the MOL Limo legal terms.
- Drive directly to the Hot Zone. Take the shortest available route and the estimated travel time. Don't make any unnecessary stops.
- If the actual travel time or distance is more than 10% over the estimate, the move is classed as private use.
- Report any justified deviation to Customer Support straight away, and no later than 3 hours after the move ends, through any available contact channel.
- StreetCrowd can't validate moves that go over the estimated distance or duration. Going over them leads to immediate deactivation of your StreetCrowd account.
- Never go over 70 km/h in Budapest on a MOL Limo move, even where a few roads in the MOL Limo service area allow more. Never go over the city's speed limits.
- Before you get in, take four photos of the car. After the move, take four more and a screenshot of the chosen Hot Zone. Email them to limo_streetcrowd@mol.hu with the car's licence plate.
- At the end of the move, switch off the speed limiter before you end it.
- After an accident, tell MOL Limo customer service straight away at +36 1 776 7176.
- Two StreetCrowders, each driving a MOL Limo car, must never drive one behind the other.
Liability
- When you register for StreetCrowd, you agree to be liable for damage to MOL Limo cars and to follow the Terms and Conditions of Use of the MOL Limo Service.
- If two or more MOL Limo cars are in an accident caused by StreetCrowders, the insurance doesn't cover the damage. You cover 100% of it.
- In case of misuse, you must pay MOL Limo back the value of the trip.
- Breaking the rules in a way that departs from the general terms can be classed as a private rental. This includes an unjustified deviation from the route, personal detours, speeding, parking outside the Hot Zone, or anything else against StreetCrowd or MOL Limo rules. MOL Limo assesses each case, can impose penalties and can charge the move as a private rental.
Strike system
A move is declined if it breaks MOL Limo or StreetCrowd (NECTURE GmbH) rules. Depending on the violation, the result is a strike, a temporary hold on your account, or immediate deactivation of your StreetCrowd and MOL Limo accounts. Three strikes and your account is deactivated.
A strike

- Going over the estimated distance.
- Going over the estimated duration.
- Leaving the car in reservation mode.
- Ending a move with the car parked outside the chosen Hot Zone.
- Animals in the car.
- Fuelling at the wrong petrol station.
- Speeding. The maximum is 70 km/h. If you speed repeatedly, MOL Limo can class your moves as private rentals and charge the fees for them, after looking at each case.
A temporary hold
- Driving a car from a Hot Zone with your personal MOL Limo account within 3 hours of your last StreetCrowd move.
- Unpaid fees on your personal MOL Limo account.
- Reserving a MOL Limo car with your personal account before a StreetCrowd move.
Deactivation
- Invoices still unpaid 30 days after they were issued.
- Leaving waste or dirt behind.
- Reckless driving.
- A speeding or parking ticket.
- An impounded car.
- A damaged car.
- Sharing a MOL Limo or StreetCrowd account.
- Animals in the car.
- Smoking in the car.
- Eating or drinking in the car.
- Drinking alcohol or taking drugs before or during a trip.
- Three strikes of any kind.
Payment
- The app shows the pay for each destination before you choose.
- Payouts go to your PayPal account at least one day after your moves are validated.
- Payouts are sent Monday to Friday, except Austrian public holidays, as the sum of your validated and approved moves and any active bonuses.
- For each valid move, MOL Limo also adds driving credit to your personal MOL Limo account.
