Who can take emmy tasks
- The StreetCrowd app.
- An emmy account.
Open a ticket with StreetCrowd and attach a screenshot of your emmy account at streetcrowdhelp.zendesk.com. We put you on the list for emmy. Once emmy has approved your account, StreetCrowd sets you to active and you see emmy tasks in the StreetCrowd app. Approval often takes a while.
Rules for every move
- Don't reserve the scooter with your personal emmy account.
- Don't move an emmy scooter if you were the last person to ride it with your personal emmy account.
- Don't ride a scooter from a Hot Zone with your personal emmy account within 24 hours of a StreetCrowd move. Don't ride to a scooter that is available in the StreetCrowd app with your personal emmy account within 24 hours of a StreetCrowd move.
- Park in a valid spot that follows emmy rules and the city's parking rules.
- Go directly to the Hot Zone. StreetCrowd can't validate moves that go over the estimated distance or duration. Going over them leads to immediate deactivation of your StreetCrowd account.
- If you find damage, send a photo to emmy and tell them about it.
- If you can't lock the scooter in the app, contact emmy so they can lock it, then contact StreetCrowd so the move can be finished.
Liability
- When you register for StreetCrowd and emmy, you agree to be liable for damage to emmy scooters, up to the deductible agreed in emmy's terms, per claim.
- The full terms are in the emmy General Terms and Conditions.
