No Free2Move tasks show up, or my filters seem off. How do I fix it?

Steps

1. Remove the "Already assigned" filter.
2. Set "Operational state" to "Relocate Opt".
3. Make sure the right city is selected.
4. Log out and back in, and check for an app update.
