be at least 18 years of age;
hold a valid Driver’s Licence;
have a Minimum N licence (class 7) with 2 years driving experience (including Learners);
have received no more than two Traffic Violations;
not have received six or more driver penalty points (or equivalent demerit points) in the past two years; and
have not been charged with, or convicted of, any Major Traffic Violation.
have no prohibitions from driving a motor vehicle under the Motor Vehicle Act (BC) in the past 2 years.
Provide a copy of your driving record

Open the StreetCrowd app to the map homepage.
Click an Evo to view:
- License plate
- Model
- Three suggested routes to the nearest Hot Zones
- The amount you could earn
Choose one of the three Hot Zones.

You can’t Move an Evo with StreetCrowd if you were the last person to drive it.
A Move only counts if you book it through StreetCrowd (don’t book it in the Evo App)

Head to the car to start your Move (you must be within 500 metres to unlock and start your Move).
Unlock and start the Move in the StreetCrowd app, this will lock in your selected Hot Zone destination.
Get directions to the Hot Zone with your favourite map application.
Head straight to your destination - no stops along the way.

Once in the Hot Zone, end your Move in an approved parking spot - here's where you can park Evo. Remember, you're on the hook for parking tickets or tows, so make sure you follow Evo's parking rules.
Collect all personal belongings and remove any trash.
Lock the car in the StreetCrowd app
You’ll get an email confirming that your move was completed.

Always park in a valid parking spot that complies with Evo and the city’s parking regulations. Members are responsible for costs related to tickets/tows charged as a result of improper parking.
After moving an Evo into the Hot Zone with StreetCrowd, you cannot do the following:
- Make a subsequent booking in the Evo App/drive the same Evo you used to complete a Move within 24 hours.
- Book and start a trip with another Evo in the Hot Zone within 3 hours.
During a Move you must drive directly to the Hot Zone. StreetCrowd will not validate Moves if the distance and/or duration is considerably more than estimated and may lead to a strike or deactivation of your StreetCrowd account.
All damage to Evo must be reported:
- If a damaged vehicle is found contact Evo at 1-844-386-2386 before starting the Move.
- If Evo is damaged during a Move, follow these steps and contact Evo right away at 1-844-386-2386
If you fill up with gas during your Move, follow Evo’s instructions for fuel reimbursement.
Never leave an unlocked car unattended. If you are unable to lock the car via the StreetCrowd app, call Evo at 1-844-386-2386.
Members must comply with the terms set and agreed upon when registering for an Evo account and anytime an Evo vehicle is used. Full terms can be found in Evo's Member Agreement.

Using the Evo App to book/drive an Evo you completed a StreetCrowd Move with within 24 hours of the Move.
Driving any Evo out of a Hot Zone within 3 hours of a Move.
Having an outstanding balance on Evo Membership.
