The purpose of this book is to break down the workflow and rules a StreetCrowd user must follow in order to get paid for each valid task and maintain their active status for relocating innogy go! cars.
So let's get into it...
Main Goals:

Relocate innogy go! cars from their current location to “Hot Zones”.

Charge innogy go! cars
The cars eligible to be moved and charged are shown on the map in the StreetCrowd app. You will be paid each week for the number of successfully completed tasks.
Signing up for innogy go!:
In order to move or charge innogy go! cars a StreetCrowd user must meet the following criteria:

Must have a valid innogy go! account.

Don't have one? Download the app and create one for FREE HERE.

Must be 22 years or older
-
Must have a valid a category B driving licence recognized to the Polish law for at least 6 months.
You will receive an email once your account is approved and then you are ready to move cars.
Moving Cars to "Hot-Zones"
Follow the steps below to ensure a successful and valid move:

Open the StreetCrowd App to show innogy go! cars eligible to be moved

Select a car to view
-
License plate
-
Model
-
Color
-
suggested routes to the nearest Hot Zones

Decide which car you want to move and select the Hot Zone you want to move it to. Do not choose a car if you were the last person to drive it with your personal innogy go! account.

Go to the car and open it with your StreetCrowd app. Do not reserve the car with your personal innogy go! account.

Start the trip and tap "Start Drive" in the StreetCrowd App. This will freeze the current valid Hot Zones.

Move the car directly to a location to any of your preferred Hot Zones and find a valid parking spot within the Hot Zone boundaries. Do not make any unnecessary stops along the way. Verify that you are in a valid parking spot (see innogy go! parking guidelines HERE).

End the trip and lock the car with your app. Please remove any trash and leave the car as you found it.

Once the vehicle is locked and the trip ends you will get a notification email confirming that your trip has completed and will be verified for payment.

No-Parking zones:
Please be mindful of the no parking zones in Warsaw by viewing this map: No-Parking Zone Map. This will give you a better understanding of areas (marked in red) in Warsaw where you are not allowed to park an innogy go! car.
Charging innogy go! cars
Follow these steps to ensure a successful and valid charge:

Find a car on a map that is marked by this icon:

Choose our Charging Hub:
-
The app will show you the way to the Charging Hub. Open the innogy go! car and ride!

Remember to leave the car as close as possible to our Charging Hub on Elizy Orzeszkowej. You can also park along Opaczewska and Bitwy Warszawskiej 1920 street in the span of the streets between Szczesliwicka and Białobrzeska.




Important Rules to Follow
To ensure you keep an active status for StreetCrowd and innogy go!, there are a few important rules to follow.

Do not use your personal innogy go! account to take a car from a Hot Zone within 3 hours of your last StreetCrowd move. Do not use your personal innogy go! account to drive to a cold car location within 3 hours of making a StreetCrowd move. The goal is to keep the car HOT.

Make sure that you are parked in an approved parking space. Review the innogy go! Parking Guidelines to learn more about where innogy go! vehicles are allowed to end trips. Users will be charged with the costs resulting from imposed tickets or parking fees resulting from unlawful parking.

Upon registration for completing StreetCrowd moves for innogy go! users consent that they shall be liable for damages to innogy go! vehicles and abide by the "Terms and Conditions of Use of the innogy go! Service."
Strike System
After ending your move, it needs to be verified.
Please note a number of guidelines in order to make a “valid” move. A move can be denied in case it does any violation against innogy go! and/or Ubiq.
Make sure you are not in danger to commit misuses. If it comes to a violation, certain violations are given a strike system and others result in the user’s StreetCrowd and innogy go! account placed on a temporary hold or deactivation.
The “Three strikes system” is very simple, if three strike violations are committed the user will unfortunately be deactivated.
Strike violations are:

Off street parking
-
Parking on the private parking spots or places where the GPS connection is lost (e.g.under roof)
-
Considerable long move
-
Leaving the vehicle in a reservation mode
-
Clearly ended trip outside hot zone
-
Bringing animals in the car
-
Latting the charging cord block the sidewalk or any other objects
-
Parking on the sidewalk
-
Not parked in a hot zone

The following result in an account hold:

Not paying fees - associated with their personal innogy go! account.
The following result in an account deactivation:
-
Non paid invoices
-
Using the innogy go! account to rent a vehicle that is located within a Hot Zone within 3 hours of their last StreetCrowd move after getting a “Last Warning” email.

Leaving waste and dirt behind
-
Reckless driving
-
3 strikes of any violation
-
Speeding/parking ticket
-
Car impounded
-
Car Damage
-
Sharing of innogy go! account
-
When a user’s account is deactivated the collected innogy go! vouchers are not available for the use.

Pay periods are every Thursday through Wednesday, and you will get paid on the Friday following the pay period in which your move has been validated.
The Payment will be accumulated and you will receive the following for each successful move to a valid parking spot within a Hot Zone:

$5 for each valid moved car on your PayPal Account.
-
$5 MILES credit for each valid moved car
If you don't have a PayPal account and also don't want to receive any money, you can have the full payment in MILES credits.

Receiving Payment
The pay period runs Thursday through Wednesday, and you will get paid on the Friday following the pay period in which your task has been validated.
The payment will be accumulated and you will receive the following for each successful task:

7 zł on your PayPal Account

7 zł innogy go! credit in the form of promo code**
**While using promo codes, you may be charged a minimum rental fee of 0,10 zł, if your rental value is equal to or less than the code’s value.
