How do I get paid?
When registering for StreetCrowd, we ask you for your PayPal email address. For each successful task you will receive the amount transferred to your PayPal account.
When do I get paid?
We pay the accumulations of every successful task on the following business day. Please note, that we are based in Austria and therefore Austrian public holidays are applied.
How can I change my PayPal address?
Contact us (https://streetcrowdsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new)with your current and new PayPal email and we will update it for you.
How do I know, if my trip was valid for payment?
Our automation checks right after you end your task. If some parameters are off, we will review your move on the following day and approve or decline it manually.
Go to your app and see in "Moves" if your task is approved, declined or pending. Our acceptance criteria is based on the following parameters:
- Time and distance
- Parked within the Hot Zone
- Vehicle was closed after the trip ended
- Valid charge
How do I handle taxes?
As a StreetCrowd member who agreed to the Service Agreement,(https://www.streetcrowd.com/user-agreement) you are responsible for declaring and filling out your taxes by yourself. We cannot provide financial or tax advice. You will receive a credit note based on your previous month earnings for your tax declaration. Please reach out to the correct authorities if you have questions concerning taxes.
