How long does it take to activate my account?
Once you have an activated car sharing account, your StreetCrowd account will automatically be activated. This can take a few days
Is there a fee for signing up for StreetCrowd?
No, signing up for StreetCrowd is completely free.
Can I sign up for multiple cities for one car sharing company (Example: Miles) ?
No, StreetCrowd can only be used in one city for each car sharing company. If you move, contact StreetCrowd (https://streetcrowdsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new)and we can change the city location for you.
Can I sign up for multiple car sharing companies?
Yes, it is possible to have an account for each car sharing company. Find out here,(https://www.streetcrowd.com/locations) the cities and companies that are available for StreetCrowd.
My email for my activated car sharing account is different to what I provided to StreetCrowd.

Is there a fee for signing up for StreetCrowd?
No, signing up for StreetCrowd is free.
Do I need a business license to register for StreetCrowd?
As a StreetCrowd member you are responsible for your own taxes, therefore, you will have to declare your income. Please contact the correct authorities and view the user agreement.(https://www.streetcrowd.com/user-agreement-de)
Can I drive with StreetCrowd if my drivers license is new?
No, you must have a drivers license for at least 1 year.
Can I drive with StreetCrowd with a foreign drivers license?
This is dependant on the car sharing company, please check their terms and conditions.
Do I need to upload my documents in StreetCrowd?
During the registration process, you should upload all the needed documents and data. If you do not have a business license yet, you can fill it out later as soon as you got your license.
