What cars are eligible to move?

Only vehicles that are currently displayed on the StreetCrowd App are eligible to be moved.

Where can I park?

Generally, you can park in any legally metered or unmetered on-street parking space within your target Hot Zone. Please check your provider page for specific information.

How long do I have to wait for an answer?

It may take up to 1-2 business days for us to answer your question.

What if my task is declined?

If your task was declined and you don't know why. Please reply to the confirmation email you received and tell us more about it.

What to do when I didn't receive a payment information email on Payday?

Occasionally, information about payment may end up in your SPAM folder. Please search your inbox by copying and pasting the email subject: "StreetCrowd Payout Information". If you still can't find your payment information, please contact us at hi@streetcrowd.com.

Where should I share information about the moves I made?

Please always reply to the confirmation email you received after a move. It's easier for us to assign your information about the specific move you made to your account.

Something is wrong with the app. The zones are changing/cars are not showing.

Please make sure you have the newest version of the app and try again. If you have the same issue, please email us at hi@streetcrowd.com.

Which issues are important?

Important vehicle issues can include: Any type of vehicle damage, even if it caused by a StreetCrowd user, trash or food waste that was left inside the vehicle, unlocking or locking issues

What should I do if I find a damaged GreenGo car?

If you find any damages or trash on or inside a GreenGo car, you must take pictures of these damages and upload them with a short description to the GreenGo app before you make your move. If the GreenGo app is not working properly, please email the pictures and a short description to GreenGo's Customer Support at: ugyfelszolgalat@greengo.hu . It is imperative to upload pictures of any damages before your move, or else you will be eligible for the charges to the damaged car. If a GreenGo car got damaged during your move, make sure to upload pictures and a description to the GreenGo app after your move.

Do I have to pay a rental fee when I relocate a GreenGo car using the StreetCrowd App?

No, you don't have to pay a rental fee when you are relocating GreenGo cars with StreetCrowd. Please make sure you are following the workflow according to our Rule Book in order to ensure a successful and valid move.

Do I have to pay for the parking ticket that I received?

Yes, you will be charged with the costs resulting from any imposed tickets or parking fees due to unlawful parking. In the case that this would happen, GreenGo will inform you via email.

How can I change the routing default App in my StreetCrowd App?

Which Hot Zones are eligible to move cars to?

Only the red-colored Hot Zones currently displayed on the StreetCrowd App are eligible areas to move cars to. Please note that Hot Zones change over the day. The zones you see on the map are valid at the timestamp that they are displayed on the App. However, the zones will freeze once you open a car and start your trip.

If you don't have an option to choose a routing app in your StreetCrowd App, you need to change the default routing app in your device settings.

How does Payment work?

How much do I earn by relocating GreenGo cars?

When registering for StreetCrowd, we ask you for your PayPal email address. For each successful task you will receive cash transferred to your PayPal account. For each vehicle that you successfully moved, you will also receive a 5 minute bonus for GreenGo, which may be used in your GreenGo app.

How does Payment work?

When registering for StreetCrowd, we ask you for your PayPal email address. For each successful task you will receive cash transferred to your PayPal account. Payouts will be every Thursday, and you will receive payments from the moves you completed from the previous Thursday 00:00 UTC until Wednesday 23:59 UTC. Your Bonus minutes will appear in your GreenGo App.

No, you do not need to charge GreenGo cars, and you can only leave them at a charging spot if it is within a Hot Zone.
